I am Retired Major Derek Nobrega. I have spent my life using my personal and career experiences to help protect Canada and Canadians. I am a military-trained retired senior officer (26 years) and worked at the Communication Security Establishment (CSE) for an additional 13 years in the intelligence business, offering more than 39 years of experience as a subject matter expert in the fields of communications, electronics, information operations, electronic warfare and signals intelligence. I have spent most of my life working from the shadows. My actions and priorities were based on meeting the best interest of the source (God), country, family, government, and finally myself.
